What should I look for when trying to select a coach?
One of the most important factors to consider when selecting a coach is the level of comfort you feel with the potential coach. The best coaches are those who put you at ease and allow you to be completely open and honest. The second question to ask yourself is, "How confident do I feel with this particular coach?" While a coach cannot work miracles, you should feel confident you will see positive results in your life as a result of working with a coach.
How long do clients typically work with a coach?
This depends on each individual. For some individuals, a couple of sessions may be all that is needed, while others may choose to work with the same coach long-term.
Are coaching sessions conducted in person or via telephone?
Either type of coaching session can be scheduled depending on what fits best for your personality and schedule. Some people prefer meeting in person while other people feel more comfortable speaking on the phone. Also, for those individuals interested in adding a wellness component to their daily routine, I offer walk-in-talk coaching sessions for individuals located in the Greater Milwaukee area.
