About Me

To my coaching practice I bring a well-rounded background that includes an MBA and over 10 years' experience working as a Human Resources professional in both the private and non-private sectors. I am currently employed as a Staffing Consultant at Microsoft. My coaching experience includes working 1:1 with individual clients from around the world as well as providing business coaching to organizations.

Personal Information

From a young age I always knew I was meant to help people but it took both life and work experience to guide me towards coaching. I first learned of the coaching profession at the age of 25 when I sought out my own Career and Life Coach. At the time I felt "stuck." I wasn't passionate about my job and wanted to quit in order to pursue my MBA full-time. I worried this wasn't a smart decision because I had just received a promotion. Working with a Career and Life Coach helped me realize the importance of being honest with myself and trusting my intuition.

I ended up leaving the job I wasn't passionate about which turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made for my career. By closing this door, I opened the door to pursuing graduate school full-time and securing an internship in the high-tech field. Even though I took a small step back in my career by leaving a permanent position for an internship, taking this risk helped provide clarity around the direction I wanted to take my career. I found a new and somewhat surprising passion for a very fulfilling career in the high tech field.

A few years later I started receiving more hints that starting my own coaching business was something I should seriously consider. People told me how comfortable they felt around me, what great insight I provided, and how much better they felt after talking to me. Luckily I was able to muster up enough courage and take a leap of faith to start my business. The entrepreneur in me was relieved I finally took action, especially since a business plan had been brewing in my mind for the past few years.

As an empathetic, highly intuitive individual who cares deeply about helping people, coaching is a natural fit for me. I absolutely love what I do and feel lucky to have the opportunity to serve others.
