​For the past 10 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines. I love helping clients identify their strengths, values, and what type of work makes them come alive! As a former facilitator at Google for “Getting Started as a Guru,” I also love helping managers learn how to become better coaches for their teams.
Leadership Coaching
​Over the past 8 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a range of leaders from Directors to CEOs on topics such as: identifying superpowers and how to fully utilize them, increasing self-awareness and EQ, understanding how team members think and work to help with motivation and greater impact, and developing a stronger sense of self-confidence in order to take greater risks. I love partnering with leaders to help them positively impact their teams, organizations, and companies!
Wellness Coaching
As someone who overcame 10 years of chronic health issues by devising a holistic healing strategy, I’ll share what I’ve learned to help you look and feel your very best. I’ll also utilize my background as a meditation and mindfulness teacher to help you feel more grounded, focused, and connected to your heart.
